GOOD MORNING BALIANGAO,
IT IS WITH GREAT RESPECT THAT BALIANGAO, MY DAD'S HOMETOWN, HAS ENTERED A NEW PACE OF CHALLENGE TOWARDS ITS FAST ECONOMIC RECOVERY SOON. WE REALLY WANTED THAT OUR TOWN WOULDN'T BE CATEGORIZED AS THE 5TH CLASS TOWN OF MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL. WE WERE BLINDED BY MISCONCEPTIONS THAT OUR TOWN WOULD NOT FLOURISH OR IMPROVE ANYMORE DUE TO ITS POOR ECONOMIC LOCATION AND SO ON. I DON'T BELIEVE IN THIS BACKWARD REASONING BECAUSE I KNOW THAT TIME IS SO FAVORABLE FOR US TO ACT NOW IF EVERYONE WILL WORK TOGETHER AS " ONE " AND PUSH FORWARD THE STAIRS OF ECONOMIC SUCCESS. I CALL ON OUR ELECTED PUBLIC OFFICIALS TO WORK HARDER THIS TIME AND TAKE ASIDE ALL POLITICAL DIFFERENCES AND START FINDING WAYS HOW TO UPLIFT THE LOW-LEVEL WAY OF LIVING OF THE BALIANGAOANS THAT WE HAD BEEN EXPERIENCING FOR SO MANY YEARS OF WAITING. THE OLD AND NEW ADMINISTRATION WOULD ALWAYS BE THE SAME IMAGE IF THEY WILL ABUSE THEIR VESTED POWERS ONLY FOR THEIR PERSONAL NECESSITIES. WAKE UP NOW AND MAKE THE ECONOMIC RECOVERY FAST AND LET BALIANGAO BE CALLED, A FIRST CLASS MUNICIPALITY OF MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL FOR THE COMING DAYS AHEAD. USE OUR BEAUTIFUL WHITE SHORELINES OPEN TO LOCAL AND FOREIGN INVESTORS. INVITE THEM TO INVEST IN INFRASTRUCTURES, HOTELS, FISHING FACTORIES AND CANNERIES, TRANSPORTATIONS, HIGH TECH COMMUNICATIONS AND MANY OTHERS TO NAME WITH. WE PRAY THAT EVERYBODY WOULD BE VIGILANT IN WORKING TOGETHER TO MAKE BALIANGAO - " THE PRIDE OF MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL " EVEN TO THE ENTIRE COUNTRY. KUDOS TO OUR PUBLIC OFFICIALS AND CONGRATULATIONS TO THE NEW ADMINISTRATION. GOOD LUCK TO ALL AND MORE POWER.
THANK YOU, 09209698951.
