These are Higaunon children in Besigan, the farthest barangay of Cagayan de Oro City. You have to drive through Talakag in Bukidnon, then walk 2 hours in the mountains, crossing a wide river on a bamboo raft, to get there.

I pass this place often on my way to/fro Cagayan de Oro. But usually when the sun is up, or in the evening on my drive home. Seldom do I see this during sunrise.
